We charge a flat rate per player. Each uniform loop constitutes one player.
Setting up laundry service is easy! Place an order on our website or give us a call.
As long as we can get your uniforms from you prior to 11:00PM, your uniforms will be provided back to your hotel by 5:00AM the next morning. If the uniforms are done early, we will deliver them early. Once delivered you will be notified that your uniform is available and had been delivered to the front desk of your hotel.
We clean all uniforms that are approved under the individual sport loop rules. Please note, we do not dry clean.

Our basic service is wash & fold. This includes wet-washing garments and low heat drying in a dryer.
Payments are processed at time of order.
We ask that you ensure all items have been removed from your pockets prior to pick-up. In the event that we do find items in your pockets, we’ll return them inside a sealed bag along with your laundry. We cannot be held responsible if the item(s) are not detected.

The uniform loop rules will provide the number of items allowed on the loop. The number of items varies depending on the sport.
During the checkout process, you will be directed to a Paypal link which allows you to pay via credit card. We accept Visa * Amex * Discover * Master Card.

This will not happen because of the uniform loop system that Tourney Clean has put in place. All items will remain on your personal loop until folded and will never be mixed with another players uniform.
We accept all major credit cards (visa, mastercard, american express, discover). We do not accept cash or checks at this time.
Tourney Clean will provide a laundry bag prior to pick up. Uniform loops with the dirty laundry attached should be placed inside.
There is no charge for the laundry bag unless the bag is not returned to Tourney Clean. If the bag is lost, you will be charged a $25.00 bag fee.
